What time will my luggage be picked up?
Pickup time windows will be assigned based on your location. You will receive a confirmation call 24–48 hours before your scheduled pickup day with your specific time window. Most pickups occur between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Can I include jewelry in my luggage bags?
No. For insurance and security reasons, please do not include jewelry in your luggage bags. We recommend keeping all valuables with you during travel.
What cities do you serve for pickup?
We currently offer pickups throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. For the 118th International Holy Convocation, scheduled pickups include Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Durham, Raleigh, Eastern NC, Wilmington, and Virginia.
When is the last day to purchase?
All bookings and balances must be paid in full by October 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM Midnight. No exceptions.
Will my luggage be delivered to my hotel room?
Yes! We coordinate with hotel staff to have your luggage delivered to your room before the convention begins on Tuesday, November 3rd. You can check in and find your bags waiting.
What happens if I buy items at the convention?
The Husband & Wife, Roommate package and Individual package include return transport for items purchased at the event.
